Hotels & Leisure Clubs.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when in the Leisure Club.
Children's times for leisure pool -
Monday - Thursday 9am - 12 noon, 2pm - 5pm.
Friday and Saturday 9am - 12 noon, 2pm - 7pm.
Sunday 9am - 12 noon, 2pm - 6pm.
It is also recommended that saunas and steam rooms, whirlpool spa, fitness studio and toning tables are not suitable for children under the age of 18.
CAR PARKS:
Most clubs have their own car parks, free of charge. However, cars are left at the owner's/customer's own risk. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
COMMENTS:
In the event that you have any reason to complain or have any comments, you must immediately inform the hotel in question. Any verbal notification must be put in writing. If you remain dissatisfied, you must write to Customer Services within 21 days with full details of your complaint:
